I’m not a cruise person. I will probably never go on a cruise again, but I am glad I went on this cruise. Seeing the dam with my own two eyes was SOMETHING.
Chongqing
Chongqing is maybe China’s best kept secret. At least for now. With a population of over 17 million and a city vibe that parallels NYC, you’d think we’d all be flocking there, but it was nearly 4 years into my life there before I even heard of it.
Guilin, Longji (the dragon's back) and Yangshuo
Guilin and the surrounding area represent the ‘visual’ of what people outside of China think China looks like. After seeing it myself, I think we even underestimate it. The beauty was stupefying.
San Francisco
We packed way too much into a weekend trip to San Francisco. 10/10 I’d do it all again.
Sacramento
First place I landed (technically San Francisco) was Sacramento where my best friend lives.
Porto & Lisbon
Return to Porto and first time in Lisbon. I’ll love Portugal forever.
Seoul Again: My Brother & Me
Fearing that it might be a long time before I get back to Korea once I left Asia, I went back to Seoul one last time to hang out with my brother!
Busan & Seoul with the Siblings
Our first international trip together. My sister and I flew in (her from the States, me from China) to meet my brother in Seoul. After a few cold days, my sister and I went down to Busan.
